Puddingstone Lake / Frank G. Bonelli Regional Park

We've been to this place many, many times before, but sometimes it is quite nice to see it at a different time of the day and get a unique impression that you may have never seen before.
We took a leisurely stroll around the lake, while we also partook in our favorite outdoor fun - fishing, and enjoying nature and good company.

West Fork San Gabriel River Trail

We have attempted this trail earlier this year, but we decided to give it another try since the weather had recently toned down a bit. The entire trail itself is 16 miles round trip (if you want to make it all the way to Cogswell Dam), but since we kept on getting sidetracked with a little  fishing and exploring here and there, we were only able to do about 8.5 miles of the trail this time. However, we were able to see so many interesting critters and sights along the way, even more than the last time we visited this area. We'll have to venture here again, and hopefully the next time we will actually complete the whole trip!
